Welcome
Kiyoko wants every person to feel empowered in their daily lives. Using a combination of education, behavioral strategies, and hands-on techniques, she works in collaboration with clients to heal through their innate wisdom. She is particularly interested in the intersection of pelvic and mental health, and seeks to create a safe space to explore how life experience shows up in the body. When not working with clients, Kiyoko enjoys meals shared with friends, watching a Thorns game, and blissfully unstructured time to rest.

What Clients Are Saying
“I came into the clinic pretty discouraged about a weakened pelvic floor and after a handful of sessions with Dr. Williams, I am back to running again which is one of my loves. This is a huge change as I had altogether stopped running. I feel so much more empowered now that I've seen the results and have all the tools I need to continue on and strengthen my body instead of my previous feelings of discouragement and failure.”
“Kiyoko is a thoughtful, trauma-informed, considerate provider. They treated me holistically, which I really appreciate. She never approached me with judgement, only care!”
“Dr. Williams is very clear with explanations, using props and good real-life examples I can relate to.”
“My experience with Dr. Kiyoko Williams was exceptional. She actively and compassionately listened to me and my concerns, normalized them, and provided practical solutions as well as overall, foundational education and information about the body. In this way, she encouraged me to take my wellness into my own hands and understand my body and how it functions in a way that I had not experienced before.
“Dr. Williams took the time to explain everything and was very patient with answering my many questions. She put all my fears to rest and helped me understand the importance of pelvic health in general as well as how to maintain my own pelvic health.”
“She worked with me to offer concrete healing strategies and practical tools to incorporate into my daily life. I so appreciated her trauma-informed approach and felt completely at ease throughout the entire process.”
“Dr. Kiyoko is wonderful. I felt supported and that they listened to what was happening with my body and were able to help with the pain I was experiencing and finding relief…I don’t have the pain that I was experiencing daily."
